On my chart I use the term 'universal' to describe the other characters that don't belong to a family group. BanDai calls them 'others', but I find that too confusing.
*Please note* This IS NOT an official BanDai chart. It is based on observations that members of Tama-Zone have made about the growths of their V4 Characters from growth logs submitted to the growth chart project in the 'project zone'. It cannot be guaranteed as 100% accurate, and SHOULD NOT be taken as so. Any responsibility for acheiving different growths lies with the owner of the tamagotchi and not with this chart. This chart is subject to alteration if new information needs to be added. It is intended as a 'guide' only.

How to understand it?
Unfortunately there seems no definite way of telling which toddler you will get from a baby OR which teenager you will get from a toddler- but I have collected some data to give you an idea of the common growths for the toddlers to teens.

For most growths you will get the characters in the 'main' chart, however you may sometimes get one of the 'Universal' characters.
For example, Looking at the chart, If you have a Teenage Young Mametchi and you look after it well and get it the highest points in intelligence (the pencil icon) it should evolve into an adult Mametchi.
However, there is also a small possibility that it could also evolve into a Pyontitchi, Debatchi or Gozarutchi or another character within the group, if the care given was different to what is expected- (maybe points, health, training, weight, happiness, etc).
